One of many helpful tools in deploying Flash Player based web media is the Flash Player Detection Kit, which provides a method for checking that visitors to your web site have the Flash Player installed.

J.W.’s “The Daily Drawing”

This evening I came across a really neat set of videos on YouTube.com that were posted from TheDailyDrawing.com. The videos were of a very talented artist, who goes by the handle “J.W.”, sketching Nintendo characters Mario and Samus. I really enjoyed getting to see how these sketches were done from start to finish. J.W. has posted multiple videos demonstrating sketches as well as 3D modeling using Pixologic’s Zbrush.

MojoPac makes the PC portable using external storage devices

Engadget is featuring an article titled “Take your PC anywhere with RingCube’s MojoPac software“. Evidently a company by the name of MojoPac has figured out how to copy your OS and Software onto an external storage device (i.e. iPod, USB 1.1 or 2.0 External Drives). You can then attach the drive to any Windows PC and access your OS, Software Applications and Games as well as work files. This provides an interesting solution for taking your home work where you desire.
