Michael VanPutten is a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He works hard to be an amazing husband to his wife Nicole VanPutten. He is also a sucker for their adopted Australian Shepherds Wilhelmina (she goes by Mina and may be quite possibly the happiest dog Michael has ever known) and Clementine (who is just the prettiest senior dog you’ve ever seen).

Growing up, Michael loved to take things apart to understand how things worked. He was always curious about process and design. Michael had an affinity for cars, electronics, and popular culture. He was (and continues to be) somewhat obsessed with television, movies, music, and video games.

Leaders and colleagues who have worked with Michael describe him as a brilliant (aw shucks) strategist and savvy digital marketing professional. His career has provided many lucky opportunities for him to develop expertise in all things digital, audio, apps, coaching, communications, design, educational technology, human computer interaction, management, marketing, photography, problem solving, software, technology, usability, videography, and websites from a-to-z.

Michael is inspired by professionals like Casey Neistat, Debbie Millman, John Maeda, Marissa Mayer, Peter Drucker, Seth Godin, and many, many more.

Michael isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves to get things done. He is reliable, honest, and loves to team up with other passionate people.
